 The Sheraton & Le Méridien is pleased to offer a variety of branding opportunities for your event. All quotes provided, unless otherwise stated, includes output, installation, and removal of graphics, and is based on you providing acceptable digital artwork files (see Graphic Guidelines and Design Services section on back cover for more details).

Maximize your event branding

  • All artwork must be approved by Sheraton & Le Méridien prior to output at least 2 weeks prior to event. Artwork approval will be coordinated through your Event Coordinator.
  • Artwork files must be submitted in PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, EPS, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop file formats at final size. Fonts should be embedded unless supplied with artwork. All artwork files will be checked for low-resolution graphics and other issues that may prevent quality output. A representative will contact you to discuss options if output issues are detected.
  • All image bleeds must extend at least 1/4 inch beyond trim area.
  • Proofs will be supplied and must be approved at least 1 week prior to event.

All payments for event branding graphics and services are made directly by credit card. A 50% deposit is required for all graphics and design services with the balance paid in full upon installation.
